📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and ordering.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including promotions and customer engagement.
• Support office administration tasks such as document management and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or retail roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and POS systems.
• Familiarity with the pet industry is a plus.
