📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve our goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our work aligns with the overall objectives of the company.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the department is compliant with relevant regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
