📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer letters.
• Use recruitment software such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and ATS to streamline the hiring process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, including Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
