Laboratory Assistant - Quality Testing & Supervision

Dhanistha Surya Nusantara is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Assistant to join our team in Central Kalimantan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting quality testing and supervision processes within our state-of-the-art laboratory. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the lab space. You will also be involved in quality control processes, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses using standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Collect, prepare, and store samples according to established protocols.
• Assist in quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory space, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Record and maintain accurate laboratory records, including test results and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in quality testing and supervision.
• Familiarity with laboratory software such as LabArchives, ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook), and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
• Knowledge of quality control principles and standards, including ISO, GMP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid certification in laboratory safety, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
