📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly and courteously.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns with tact and professionalism.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Promote our menu items and specials to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or similar customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food safety practices.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
