📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and goals.,Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure cost efficiency and value for money.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and value-added services.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and business practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
