📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business decisions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
