We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Service Infrastructure team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing managers and has a deep understanding of infrastructure engineering. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineering managers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our service infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of engineering managers in the Service Infrastructure department.,Drive technical excellence and best practices across the team.,Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our service infrastructure.,Collaborate with other engineering teams to align on technical strategies and goals.,Mentor and develop engineering managers to grow their leadership skills.,Work closely with product and design teams to understand and deliver on business requirements.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

5+ years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on infrastructure engineering.,Strong technical background in infrastructure engineering, with experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams of engineering managers.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make tough calls in a high-pressure environment.
