📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional table service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Work closely with chefs and beverage specialists to maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to provide informed service to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Food & Beverage Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus, but fluency in English is required.
