📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
