📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee recruitment and onboarding processes,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Oversee employee training and development programs,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the company's HR strategy and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
