In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop curriculum to address them.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development into business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and maintain training records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
