📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.,Implement and monitor production quality control measures.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
