📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our CRM system, Salesforce, to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Familiarity with technical tools and equipment industry is a plus.
