📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Work with the accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of payroll records.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fixed asset registers.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of credit control records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.
