📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source, screen, and attract top talent for various positions within the company.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
