📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services.,Participate in trade shows and events to showcase products and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of retail industry and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
