📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead branch operations, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management.
  • Proven track record of achieving branch targets and improving performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
