📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Manage the clinic's cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Train and supervise junior cashiers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure the clinic's cash register and payment systems are functioning properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and record-keeping.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
