Overseeing the logistics operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials,Optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Managing a team of logistics staff and ensuring they are trained and motivated,Developing and implementing logistics strategies to meet business objectives,Monitoring and analyzing logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders,Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the logistics operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management,Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain management software,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
