📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
