📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate training initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
