📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of customs declarations and supporting documentation.
• Conduct audits and reviews of trade documentation to ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on customs compliance requirements and procedures.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and their impact on trade operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless cross-border trade facilitation.
• Liaise with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies to address compliance issues and resolve disputes.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for clients and internal staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in customs regulations and international trade practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Trade, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs compliance, trade facilitation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, including the Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) No. 28/PMK.04/2023 and the Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan No. 13/M-DAG/PER/2/2023.
• Proficiency in using SIPP (Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Perdagangan) and SITARO (Sistem Informasi Tugas Reklame Online).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in customs compliance or international trade facilitation is a plus.
