As a Dining Steward at Bale Udang Bali, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of service, from greeting guests to assisting with table settings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home.
• Assist with table settings, including placing menus, water, and other necessary items.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained throughout the service.
• Assist with the delivery of food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or food service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic food service equipment and techniques.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cultural customs is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
