📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable mining practices, including environmental impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Lead the creation and execution of sustainability policies and programs that comply with international standards such as ISO 14001 and SA 8000.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations, to build strong relationships and foster trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into all aspects of mining operations.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees and stakeholders on sustainability best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our sustainability efforts remain effective and relevant.
• Represent PT Global Mining Solutions at industry conferences, workshops, and events to share our sustainability achievements and learn from peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability management, with a strong background in the mining industry.
• Certifications in sustainability management, such as Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or LEED AP, are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainable initiatives in a mining or resource extraction environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
