📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interior layouts and spaces for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design concepts meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Create detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are executed according to design plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and construction.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
