📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the sales team in managing and executing water division projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Use Salesforce and SAP to manage customer data, project timelines, and sales performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to support the sales team's strategic initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service, acting as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
• Participate in team meetings and sales calls, contributing to the development of sales strategies and plans.
• Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the engineering or water division industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP, with a good understanding of CRM and sales management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and a good understanding of local business practices and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
