🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with international standards and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
