As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and infrastructure development projects from start to finish. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 6,500,000 - 7,000,000 per month and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment in Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and infrastructure development projects.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline to ensure compliance with project requirements.,Ensure safety compliance and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and other relevant documentation.,Manage and mentor junior project staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision, construction, or infrastructure development.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
