📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing their HR needs and concerns.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.
• Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
• Coordinate with other HR team members to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data for management.
• Participate in HR training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or large organization.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
• Ability to travel to other locations within Indonesia as required.
