📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in global markets.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in international business, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
