As an Assistant Manager, Retail Budget Controller, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining budgeting models, and providing insightful reports to support decision-making. You will use Power BI and other financial reporting tools to transform complex data into actionable insights, helping to optimize our retail operations and drive growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate budgeting models for retail operations using Power BI and other financial tools.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in retail operations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with retail managers and finance teams to align budgeting processes with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on financial reporting and budgeting.
• Monitor and report on budget variances and take corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Power BI and other financial reporting tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail industry and consumer products is a plus.
• Certification in financial reporting or budgeting is a plus.
