As the Human Resources Director at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's vision, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws. You will work closely with senior management to attract, develop, and retain top talent, leveraging your expertise in HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday, and your deep understanding of Bali's unique workforce dynamics.

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive organizational success and employee satisfaction.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing teams across Bali's key business hubs.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR best practices, including benefits administration and payroll management.
• Leverage HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions and improve workforce productivity.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR policies with business objectives and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Director or equivalent role in a dynamic organization, preferably in Bali or a similar high-growth market.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR (Professional in HR), SHRM-SCP, or CIPD Level 7, are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, with a focus on Bali.
• Proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
